A variety of roles are available, please explore our opportunities and see what works for you! We ask our volunteers to help for a minimum of one year and attend 6 sessions per year. The first step to volunteering begins with submitting a volunteer application. Applications may be submitted electronically or delivered to the Restorative Justice Center. Types of Volunteering Participating in Circles: Community members participate in Restorative Justice Circle to role model community values, discuss the impact of crime and conflict, offer ideas for what is needed to make things right. Storytelling: Individuals directly affected by crime or conflict are asked to discuss the specific event and explain the impact. Storytelling promotes personal healing for those who are interested.
